Record of character
: (1) Record of conduct and character of the trainees will be prepared during the training period.
(2) The records prepared according to sub-rule (1) will be sent by the National Police Training Institute and Regional Police Training Center and other training centers to the office where the trainees are posted after the completion of the training. A copy of the same should also be sent to the Police Head Office, Personnel Administration Branch for records management.
